Why do I have to create a profile?
You must enter some personal information before you can complete certain activities, such as registering your products and downloading materials (including drivers, case studies and white papers). Creating a profile allows us to remember this information, so you don’t have to re-enter it the next time you visit the site. Instead of filling out a form again, you can simply log in.
What happens if I accept (or reject) cookies?
Cookies are tiny pieces of information that are stored on your computer. Zebra uses cookies to manage your profile while you are on our site. Thus, you cannot create a profile unless you accept cookies. If you reject cookies, you will have to complete a form each time you wish to perform a task that would require logging in to Zebra.com.

Can I use the same ID and password on other Zebra sites?
Yes. The same ID and password are used across many Zebra sites. However, you must have permission to use those sites in order to use that same ID and password.

If you are a Zebra partner but cannot access one of Zebra’s private sites for resellers, please contact your customer service representative.
How should I choose a password?
Your password must be at least six characters long. It can contain only letters and numbers. (For example, you cannot use spaces or special characters such as #). You can capitalize the letters however you want; the site does not distinguish between capital and lowercase characters. We recommend that you choose something that will be easy for you to remember, but hard for someone else to guess.
How can I update information about myself?
Zebra partners should contact their customer service representative to update profile information. All other users can change their personal information online, at any time, by going to My Profile. A confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail account.
How can I update my password?
You can change your password at any time by going to My Profile. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail account.
Does my Zebra password expire?
In general, passwords do not expire. The only exception is for resellers who use the same ID and password to access Zebra’s restricted, partner-only sites. If your password does expire, you will be notified via e-mail; the e-mail will contain a link you can use to create a new password.

Why am I unable to login?
The most common problem is typing an incorrect ID or password.

Your ID is the e-mail address you gave us when you registered (for example, jsmith@zebra.com). Make sure to include the domain (the text after the @ sign).

Your password is at least six characters long, containing only letters and numbers. It does not matter whether you enter capitals or lowercase characters.

It may be that your password has been changed. After four unsuccessful attempts to log in, we will send a new password to the e-mail address in our records. Please check your mailbox to see if you have received a new password.

If you continued to login 10 times after we mailed your new password, your account will be disabled. Please contact our Web support team to have your access restored.
How can I get on the Zebra mailing list?
If you have already created a profile, go to the My Subscriptions page within My Profile. Simply indicate that you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, and we will add your e-mail address to our mailing list. You will receive a newsletter approximately once or twice per month. You will also receive occasional mailings about Zebra products and services.

If you don’t have a profile, select Join Mailing List.
How can I stop receiving mail from Zebra?
If you are not a registered user, you can complete an unsubscribe form.

If you're a registered user, you can unsubscribe by managing your subscriptions.
